Saforelle, sponsor of the traditional sailing regatta Tour de la Guadeloupe.
For the second year in a row, Saforelle and its crew "Difé Kako" participated in the traditional sailing regatta Tour de la Guadeloupe.
This seventh edition of the Tour de Guadeloupe using traditional sailing canoes was held from July 11 to 19, 2008 and was followed closely by Guadeloupians and the towns which made each stage of the race a special event.
The crew of the sailboat flying the Saforelle colours and skippered by Willy Bissainte was composed primarily of 13 to 16 year olds from the Baie-Mahault area. The Saforelle sailboat arrived 16th out of 40 participants.
