Menopause often comes with dryness of both the internal and external genital mucosa. Using an appropriate hygiene product can help to reduce the discomfort.
- At most, wash morning and night
- Even in case of irritations, do not increase the frequency of washing
- Use soothing products
- Do not use antiseptic products on a daily basis
- Do not douche
- Do not apply just any cream in case of irritation
- Do not wear undergarments made of synthetic fabrics
