Saforelle, active participant in the La Parisienne race.
A Saforelle team of 25 people participated in the 12th edition of the La Parisienne race on September 7th, 2008 in Paris, which attracted 11,010 runners over a 6.3 km course.
Every year, the La Parisienne race attracts women around sport and wellness but also around a special cause: the struggle against breast cancer.
Since Saforelle is an intimate part of millions of women's daily lives, Laboratoires Iprad Santé wanted to participate both physically and financially in this cause.
All moneys collected by La Parisienne participants (both corporate and individual) were donated to Dr Benjamin Bouchet (INSERM U590, Centre Léon Bérard in Lyon) to study resistance mechanisms to breast cancer treatments.
Saforelle congratulates the 11,010 runners on their achievement and their contribution to the fight against breast cancer. Saforelle thanks its runners for helping Saforelle rank 31st out of 159 corporate teams.
If you, too, want to participate in the struggle against breast cancer, please make a donation to Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale which finances breast cancer research projects.
